Technical Architect

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET, microservices, and AWS , along with strong leadership skills to guide teams and ensure best practices are followed across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Roadmaps : Define and document technical roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and solution designs for new and existing systems.

Design Leadership : Lead software design, ensuring compliance with functional, integration, performance, and user experience requirements.

Technical Reviews : Conduct requirement analysis, technical overviews, and obtain design approvals.

Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on guidance across delivery and operational aspects.

Effort Estimation : Estimate development efforts, assess emerging technologies, frameworks, and libraries for adoption.

Cloud Expertise : Leverage AWS for scalable and secure cloud-native solutions.

Microservices & Data : Design and implement microservices-driven architectures.

Governance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to processes, create / review technical documentation, and track / report project progress.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of software development experience.

Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, AWS, and microservice architectures .

Proven experience designing scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
