Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the hiring process, resolving employee queries, conducting training programs, and ensuring policy adherence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational culture is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes
• Strong Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures, Compliance with Labor Laws, and Regulatory Requirements
• Experience in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Culture Building
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

an advanced degree or certifications such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
