Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR Management and Personnel Management

Experience in creating and implementing HR policies

Knowledge of employee benefits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle admin work

Ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
