Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Specialist with strong expertise in the power sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling ARR filings, tariff determination, petitions, and compliance with regulatory frameworks . The ideal professional should have a proven track record of working with Regulatory Commissions / Power Utilities and providing end-to-end support in regulatory submissions.

Location : Ranchi, Jharkhand

Education :

B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical / Power / Energy / Related discipline) with MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management .

Experience :

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ARR filings, tariff determination, and petitions before SERCs / CERC.
• Draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, compliance reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
• Conduct regulatory analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.
