We’re seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist with 4 to 6yrs years of experience, strong expertise in Linked In, Email Marketing and its tools, and proven ability to drive B2 B lead generation and brand growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy :
Build and execute the People Prime lead generation engine across Linked In, Email, SEO, and Retargeting.
Campaign Execution
Run Linked In Ads and manage campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
Develop and distribute Linked In content (with design support).
Execute cold email outreach campaigns to ICP prospects.
Leverage SEO & content marketing to generate organic traffic.
Tracking & Optimization
Track Linked In engagers and identify website visitors using analytics / intent tools.
Run retargeting ads (Meta, You Tube, Linked In).
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for lower CAC and higher conversion.
Collaboration
Work with design team for creative assets (graphics, videos).
Coordinate with sales to hand off qualified leads and improve conversions.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2 B performance marketing / demand generation.
Proven track record of running Linked In Ads, cold outreach, and inbound funnels.
Hands-on with tools like :
Linked In Campaign Manager
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMRush)
Retargeting (Meta Ads, You Tube Ads)
Strong understanding of ICP-based targeting, lead scoring, and funnel tracking.
Data-driven mindset with ability to measure, report, and optimize campaigns.
Ability to work independently as a one-person growth engine (with design support).
