Role : Lead Business Analyst

Description :

Key Responsibility : We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution rigor. This role combines hands-on client solution implementation with ownership of new module conceptualization, rollout, and GTM support. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that next-gen capabilities are aligned with client needs and business outcomes. Exposure to AI / ML or Generative AI solutions is preferred.

Client Solution Implementation

• Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams to gather, document, and manage business requirements
• Lead end-to-end client delivery : from discovery, documentation, and sprint planning to UAT sign-off and client onboarding and other related deliveries
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and successful adoption of digital solutions
