As wescale, we’re building a managed services team that combines consulting discipline withoperational excellence—helping our clients realize measurable revenue outcomes from dayone.This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to client delivery, analytics, and SaaSoperations in a fast-paced, global environment.What You’ll DoSupport client delivery teams by preparing research reports and campaign data filesConfigure and test AI-powered playbooks that automate prospect research and outreachAssist in creating performance dashboards and weekly reports for client stakeholdersConduct data cleaning, enrichment, and validation tasks to ensure accuracyDocument workflows and contribute to playbooks and process improvement initiativesCollaborate with consultants and analysts on live client projectsLearn to work across multiple tools, including CRM and sales engagement platformsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree (or currently in final year) in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative / technical fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallelProficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with data tools a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity to learn about SaaS, analytics, and GTM operationsFlexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zonesNice-to-HaveExposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExperience with Python, SQL, or data visualization toolsPrior internship experience in analytics, operations, or technology consultingDuration and StipendDuration : 6 months (Full-time, remote)Stipend : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentivesHigh-performing interns will be considered for a full-time offer as Managed Services Associate (CTC : ₹8 LPA + performance-based bonuses).How to ApplyEmail your resume to with the subject : “Managed Services Intern – Your Name.”Include a short note on one project or internship where you worked with data, improved aprocess, or delivered a measurable outcome.
