Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requiremnts and identity, target audience etc
Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand's identity and values
2. Design Creation :
Develop static + dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc.
3. Research :
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience's attention
Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.
Monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs
4. Time Management :
Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.
