About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Designer I with 1–4 years of experience in creating user-centric, mobile-first, and web-based digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is an AI-first designer — someone who uses AI tools and insights to craft smarter, more intuitive, and scalable products. This is an individual contributor role , requiring complete ownership of design deliverables — from concept and prototyping to development handoff and final UAT.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the final product brings your design vision to life, including interaction design and motion graphics .

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers to understand PRDs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Create responsive, mobile-first designs and scalable web experiences with platform consistency.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and workflows to improve user experience.
  • Take ownership of the full design lifecycle — from ideation, wireframes, and prototypes to post-development UAT.
  • Contribute to and enhance the evolving design system for scalability and consistency.
  • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation, including micro-interactions and motion graphics.
  • Present designs clearly, accept feedback constructively, and iterate efficiently while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer.
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, ProtoPie, Principle, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret PRDs and convert business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Experience designing both mobile-first and web interfaces.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a sense of ownership.
  • Experience working with or building design systems .
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end feature ownership .

    • Nice to Have

  • Understanding of AI- and ML-driven user experiences.
  • Experience in usability testing or user research .
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) .
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
