We are seeking an experienced New Product Development Engineer (NPD ENGG) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for driving innovation through the development of new products.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure product feasibility and market readiness.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Develop product specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Test and validate prototypes to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

10-11 years of experience in new product development engineering.

Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.

Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
