Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, culturally agile HR Manager / People & Culture Lead to build, manage, and strengthen SikhRI's HR and People Operations function. This role requires someone who can design and implement HR frameworks aligned with US, Canadian, and Indian employment norms, while nurturing a strong organizational culture. You will serve as the anchor of our People Department, supporting approximately 50 team members (20 full-time staff and 20–25 contract staff) across geographies. While physically based in Mohali, you will work closely with leadership and teams globally to ensure a consistent and supportive people experience. You will report to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee HR operations across India, the US, and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, taxation, benefits, and labor regulations in all three geographies.
• Manage contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll coordination with finance teams and external partners.
