Job description

You Must Have :

  • Educational Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, or Computer).
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 9+ years of engineering experience.

  • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and software development lifecycle.
  • Systems Engineering :
  • Experience in systems engineering, system requirements, integration, and verification (with DO-178C).
  • Analytical Skills :
  • Individuals who can quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts.
  • Self-Motivation :
  • Individuals who are self-motivated, capable of working with little supervision, and consistently take initiative to get things done.
  • Collaboration :
  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration skills.
  • Decision-Making Ability :
  • Ability to make timely decisions even in complex situations, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
  • Multi-tasking :
  • Ability to manage multiple, complicated tasks at the same time.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred) :
  • Working experience with DO-254 / 280B, A618, A631, and A758 is an added advantage.
