About this Role
We are seeking a finance professional to lead the General Ledger (GL) Accounting function within the ARC Central Hub at VOIS. Based in Ahmedabad, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to the VISPL market. The individual will oversee a team responsible for Record to Report (R2R) activities, including IFRS15 (S15), Revenue and OPEX Accounting, and will act as the primary escalation point for operational matters.
What you will do
Lead and manage the delivery of key financial processes including :
Preparation of Financial Statements
External and Internal Audit coordination
Statutory reporting
Month-end GL activities, including P&L reviews, HFM, APA closure, and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Drive and oversee automation initiatives and process improvement projects
Ensure robust internal controls through the 3C framework and support ad hoc management reporting and presentations
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and insights
Monitor and act on feedback from the ARC team and Local Market (LM) stakeholders
Who you are
A qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting
Proficient in advanced Excel and experienced in using financial systems; knowledge of SAP is advantageous
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management capabilities
Experienced in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
Analytical thinker with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Skilled in planning, prioritisation, and time management
