About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to take charge of bepay’s cross-border payments business. As Head of Cross-Border Payments , you will own the end-to-end corridor strategy, product implementation, partner ecosystem, and settlement engine across fiat and stablecoin / crypto rails. You’ll collaborate with our product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to scale global payments for both merchants and consumers, while maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.

What You’ll Work On

• Define and execute the global cross-border payments roadmap : corridors, currencies, rails (fiat and crypto), and business segments (consumer remittance, merchant payouts, B2B flows).
• Build strategic partnerships with banks, payment service providers, stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers and global settlement platforms .
• Lead design and management of settlement flows, treasury / liquidity optimisation, FX / crypto conversions, and risk / operations around cross-border flows.
• Oversee integration of multi-rail payment infrastructure, including stablecoin acceptance, smart contract settlement, cross-chain flows, on- / off-ramps, and legacy rails.
• Ensure merchant clients and enterprise customers benefit from bepay’s value proposition : ultra-low fees, near-instant settlement, multi-currency support, seamless integrations (APIs, SDKs, plugins).
• Collaborate with compliance / AML / KYC, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure all cross-border & crypto-payment operations meet jurisdictional requirements.
• Use data and analytics to monitor corridor performance, cost per transaction, settlement speed, conversion rates, and merchant success; continuously optimise operations.
• Represent bepay externally, speak to fintech / crypto industry forums, and engage with regulators, banks, and institutional partners.
