We’re looking for a proactive Human Resource Associate to join us full-time and be at the heart of our hiring & people operations.Location : Hybrid (Preferred : Hyderabad)Type : Full-TimeCompany : BNF DigitalWhat You’ll Do : Draft job descriptions & creative job posts for design, development, marketing & other rolesPost openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed & other platformsSource candidates, screen resumes & manage hiring pipelinesCoordinate & schedule interviews between candidates & the teamCommunicate with applicants (shortlisting, interview updates, feedback)Maintain HR documents, databases & trackersSupport HR projects & culture-building activities as we scaleWhat We’re Looking For : Graduate in HR, Business, Psychology or Communications (0–1 year experience welcome)Strong written communication; fluent EnglishInterest in recruitment, candidate experience & startup cultureComfortable with Google Sheets, Zoom / Meet & job portalsProactive, detail-oriented & open to feedback (fast learner vibes)How to Apply : Send your resume + a short note on why you want to join BNF Digital to : : Application for HR Associate Role
