The Role :
The Revenue & Partnerships Operations Associate will sit at the center of the growth team, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role combines data, process, and partner engagement — ensuring senior leaders can focus on scaling high-value relationships while you keep the engine moving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and optimize the CRM to keep partner and pipeline data accurate and reliable
- Build dashboards and reports that track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue impact, and ROI
- Highlight which partners and campaigns are most effective and recommend where to focus resources
- Support outreach by booking and coordinating partner meetings, and handling follow-ups
- Engage existing partners with newsletters, content sharing, and periodic updates
- Coordinate logistics and comms for webinars, events, and joint campaigns
- Create repeatable processes around onboarding, reporting, and review cycles to help the team scale
Ideal Profile :
1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, partnerships, or marketing opsStrong analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution dataHands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent written communication skills for partner outreach and internal updatesProactive, curious, and comfortable in an unstructured, fast-changing environment
