Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager who can serve as a strategic business enabler , aligning people strategy with Yocket’s growth ambitions. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations—it requires someone who can drive organizational effectiveness, culture, talent growth, and business performance hand-in-hand with leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic HR & Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into HR initiatives that drive performance and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

2. Talent Management & Development

  • Drive talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with business heads to attract high-performing talent.
  • Develop and implement learning & development frameworks to upskill teams and leaders.
  • Design succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • 3. Culture & Engagement

  • Foster Yocket’s unique culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • 4. Performance & Rewards

  • Oversee goal-setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback processes.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure competitive compensation and benefits aligned with market standards.
  • Drive data-driven decisions through HR analytics and dashboards.
  • 5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation comply with labor laws and best practices.
  • Streamline HR operations using technology and automation.
  • Lead initiatives for improving employee experience across the lifecycle.
  • 6. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee the entire Talent Acquisition function , ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies that support organizational scaling and capability building.
  • Strengthen Yocket’s employer brand through innovative hiring campaigns and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to organizational goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of leading HR initiatives in fast-growing tech / startup environments.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Expertise in talent management, performance systems, and organizational development.
  • Qualifications :

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a tech, startup, or high-growth environment preferred.
