SQL & Python Reporting Analyst (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

We’re looking for a data-savvy problem solver who loves building reports, automating processes, and turning raw data into insights that drive decisions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Design, build, and maintain SQL and SSRS reports to support internal business operationsAutomate recurring tasks and processes using Python or scripting toolsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data requirementsAnalyze and transform data from various sources (e.g., CSVs, databases) into meaningful insights. Perform basic database administration tasks as assignedMaintain documentation for reports, processes, and automation routinesRequired Skills & Experience : Strong mathematical and analytical thinking abilitiesProficiency in SQL and ability to write queries for data extraction and reportingExperience with SSRS and report developmentScripting experience with Python (or equivalent)Clear and effective communication skills, especially when working with business leadersWillingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced IT environmentPreferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills : Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI toolsUnderstanding of automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate)Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning conceptsWork Location : Work from Office – Bowenpally, HyderabadNight Shift mandatoryCan start by next week
