SAP Application Support Analyst

The role requires around 10 years’ experience in SAP ERP Maintenance & support. Role and responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Overall support and stability of SAP ERP system
• Proactively ensure ERP is working within the bounds of the terms of the agreement.
• Analyze incident data and recommend preventive actions
• Collaborate with business functions ensure business demands are managed appropriately
• Collaborate with SAP & manage the environment inclusive of outages, maintenance, and overall system health
• Collaborate with business support applications partners and ensure the stability of applications that are integrated with SAP ERP system
• Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through the use of best practices
• Maintains the highest ethical personal and professional standards
