Job Title : Odoo Functional Consultant – ERP (Payroll, HR, Accounting, and Finance)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP modules, focusing primarily on Payroll, Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes in these domains and demonstrate the ability to translate organizational requirements into effective Odoo solutions.​

Key Responsibilities :

  • Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Payroll, HR, Accounting, and Finance processes.​
  • System Implementation : Configure and deploy Odoo ERP modules to align with business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.​
  • Customization : Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom features or modifications within Odoo to address specific business challenges.​
  • User Training : Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, ensuring proficient utilization of Odoo modules and fostering user adoption.​
  • Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements to optimize performance and user satisfaction.​
  • Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides.​
  • Project Management : Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and adherence to project plans.​

Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.​
  • Experience : Minimum of 4 experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions, with a focus on Payroll, HR, Accounting, and Finance modules.​
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of Odoo framework and module functionalities. Familiarity with Odoo Studio and basic knowledge of Python is advantageous.​
  • Business Acumen : In-depth knowledge of business processes related to human resources, payroll management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.​
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.​ Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.​
  • Problem-Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.​
  • Certifications : Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.​
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.​
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and financial regulations relevant to payroll and accounting.​
