Role Overview

We’re looking for a savvy Chief of Staff to work directly with our CTO. This isn’t your everyday role—it’s a strategic, hands-on partnership designed to ensure smooth execution across high-impact initiatives and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication & Meeting Preparation :

• Prepare for Key Meetings : Organize and prepare materials for all-hands meetings, board meetings, and other high-impact gatherings.
• Liaison Role : Ensure clear communication between the CTO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• Drive Clarity and Momentum : Takes ownership of preparing for all-hands, leading meetings when required, and ensuring discussions translate into concrete outcomes and next steps.

Strategic Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination :

oversee vendor relationships and contracts, track spend vs. plan and ROI.
