Sr Ex Corporate Social Responsibility

Job Description

Implementing impactful CSR projects aligned with community needs and corporate policies.

Conducting needs assessments and developing partnerships with local stakeholders.

Managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with CSR guidelines, and reporting on project impacts.

Liaises with government bodies, NGOs, and community groups to align CSR initiatives with rural development goals.

Oversee multiple projects, facilitate community engagement, ensure on-ground monitoring through site visits.

Conducting field visits and monitoring to ensure effective project execution and impact.

Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for management and CSR compliance.

Supporting livelihood, education, health, and safe drinking water projects in rural areas.

Required Skills and Expertise

Previous experience of working in rural settings.

Strong understanding of rural social issues.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build collaborations.

Competency in project execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Should be willing to be based out of Sathupally, Khammam district and travel extensively.
