Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Developer with a strong background in Java and microservices-based architectures . The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize high-performing, scalable e-commerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud and modern backend technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, and enable seamless omnichannel commerce experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize features in SAP Commerce / Hybris (Core, Backoffice, Impex, FlexibleSearch, OCC).

Implement product catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, and order management modules.

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Spring / Spring Boot .

Apply microservices design patterns (Saga, Circuit Breaker, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture).

Integrate SAP Commerce with external systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, etc.).

Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes .

Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and frontend teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintain performance, scalability, and security standards across platforms.

Required Skills

Strong experience with SAP Commerce / Hybris (Core, Backoffice, OCC, Impex, FlexibleSearch) .

Advanced proficiency in Java (Core, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading) .

Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot .

Sound understanding of microservices and distributed system design.

Experience with RESTful APIs , OCC , and Omni Commerce APIs .

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins .

Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Headless Commerce and Composable Commerce architecture.

Experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud v1905 or later .

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices .

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
