The Customer Discovery Team is part of the broader Direct To Consumer (DTC) team. This team aligns with our corporate strategy of putting our customers and our direct relationships with our customers first. The Lead Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of all front-end integrations and 3rd parties to enhance the customer experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration and functionality, aligning the entire stack with business objectives and user needs. The developer will also identify opportunities for improving the performance and scalability of applications in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment.

THE GIG

As a Lead Engineer, you will :

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components for complex multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers and developers to ensure cohesive integration and functionality across the stack.
• Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks and resolving technical bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency across the entire application.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform architectural and design decisions, demonstrating the impact of full-stack development.
• Support a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
