Provide technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to timekeeping scheduling and payroll
Configure and maintain system settings user accounts and security roles within the Kronos application
Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations
Develop and deliver training sessions for end users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades patches and new features
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Provide support for integration with other HR and Payroll systems
