About the Role :
As Performance Ads Manager - Marketplaces, you will lead performance marketing and ad optimization across Amazon and other marketplaces. You'll use advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to scale revenue efficiently while optimizing spend and creative performance.
You'll work at the intersection of ads, data science, and growth, partnering with marketplace, creative, and analytics teams to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do :
- Own ad performance and ROAS across Amazon and other marketplaces globally.
- Plan and manage multi-country ad budgets with a data-first performance mindset.
- Use AI-based ad tools (AMC, Perpetua, Intentwise, Quartile, Skai, etc.) to optimize campaigns in real time.
- Run A / B tests for ad copy, images, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track ad efficiency, revenue attribution, and contribution margin.
- Partner with product and marketplace leads to design scalable ad funnels (awareness - consideration - purchase - repeat).
- Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure data-driven storytelling and audience segmentation.
- Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud and data APIs to uncover new growth insights.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI tools and automation frameworks for campaign management.
- Have a sharp eye for creative direction and copywriting - ensuring every ad communicates clearly, converts efficiently, and reflects Ultrahuman's brand tone.
What We're Looking For :
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Proven experience managing large-scale performance campaigns on Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central).Strong analytical chops - Excel, Looker Studio, or SQL-based dashboards.Deep understanding of Amazon Ads, AMC, DSP, and attribution models.Experience using or integrating AI-based ad platforms or bidding algorithms.Comfort with data interpretation, ROAS tracking, and LTV : CAC modeling.Experience working across multiple geographies or product categories.Mindset That WinsRelentless curiosity and experimental mindset.Strong bias for data-driven decisions and rapid iteration.Creative sensibility - you understand what makes visuals and messaging click with audiences.Ownership attitude - you treat ad budgets like your own P&L.Passion for performance marketing, analytics, and health technology.What You'll Learn & Gain :
