Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and PHP-Laravel, along with strong experience in AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining modern, scalable, and secure web applications that support business-critical functions. This role requires hands-on coding, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of end-to-end application development, cloud deployment, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React (frontend), Node.js (backend APIs), and PHP-Laravel (server-side logic).
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for modular applications.
  • Develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible UIs with React, Redux, and modern UI frameworks.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

  • Deploy, scale, and monitor applications on AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency, scalability, and security.

    • Performance & Security :

  • Implement security best practices across frontend and backend applications.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in production systems.

    • DevOps & CI / CD :

  • Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Automate build, deployment, and testing processes for faster delivery.
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have) for containerization and orchestration.

    • Collaboration & Mentoring :

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to improving engineering practices, coding standards, and documentation.

    • Required Technical Skills :

  • Frontend : React.js, Redux / Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind / Bootstrap
  • Backend : Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, PHP (Laravel framework)
  • Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
  • Cloud : AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudFront)
  • DevOps & Tools : Docker, Kubernetes (good to have), CI / CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git
  • Other Skills : API integrations, Unit / Integration Testing, Agile methodologies

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless applications.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Self-motivated and ownership-driven with attention to detail.
  • Capability to mentor and guide junior developers.
