Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries over phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner. Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and assist them with their needs. Provide accurate information about products, services, and warranty policies. Coordinate with the workshop and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates to customers. Record customer feedback and maintain daily interaction reports. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement. Qualification & Experience : Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply). Experience : Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or front desk roles are welcome. Required Skills : Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
