Job description

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
  • Use modern sourcing strategies (Pragyan AI-powered - RAPYD Exchange, Job portals, Social

Networks, Referrals, etc.) to identify top talent.

  • Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and growth potential.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback, and

    • closure.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Represent VAYUZ as a brand ambassador during campus drives, events, and digital hiring

    • initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new VAYUZers.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify talent beyond just resumes — a keen eye for potential.
  • Passion for building teams and a people-first mindset.
  • Agility to adapt to fast-changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and social recruiting (a plus).
  • Freshers with strong people skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
