Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1 Ensure correct alignment and allocation of resources across regions.
2 Ensure all tasks / activities re processed as per SLA.
3 Work with global regional partners to discuss and resolve challenges if any.
4 Develop good cohesive relationship.
5 Participating in change management process including user acceptance testing.
6 Review the procedure documents on periodic basis and guide the team to develop documents pertaining to ne function.
7 Maintain a good control environment adhering to the procedure and ensure that the team operates within the guidelines.
8 Continuous review of RCSA and ensure all controls are executed.
9 Interpersonal, influencing & stakeholder management skills.
10 Exceptional attention to details.
Contributing Responsibilities
1 Provide a production and a quality of service towards multiple Business lines / functions and in turn to
External customers.
2 Active participation in regular review of operational procedural changes / requirements during processing
function / staff meetings.
3 Active participation in Projects / System Changes / UAT / new system implementation when required.
4 Contribute to develop & propose ideas for a better partnership with Business and On-shore
5 Prepare MIS / KPI reports as and when required or requested by stakeholders.
6 Interact regularly with team members and team and provide regular feedback.
7 Drive Transformation initiatives.
