Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in A&O freight logistics.Achieve sales targets through direct client acquisition and retentionMaintain strong sales pipelines and work towards closuresConduct regular client meetings, presentations and negotiations to secure businessClient Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with existing t ensure repeat businessUnderstand client needs and provide customized logistics solutionsAddress client concerns and provide after-sales supportMarket Research & Strategy Development
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends and industry developmentsSupport the development and execution of sales strategies to penetrate new marketsProvide insights to management for refining business strategiesCoordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations, pricing and customer service teams to ensure smooth service executionCoordinate with the documentation team to ensure all shipments comply with regulationsReporting & Performance Tracking
