Role Overview:

As the BPM Head, you will lead the enterprise-wide Business Process Management strategy, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of BPM solutions using BPMN and Bizagi. You will drive innovation, ensure alignment with business goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Define and execute the BPM vision, roadmap, and governance framework aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish BPM standards, policies, and best practices across the enterprise.
• Lead cross-functional BPM initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and IT strategies.

Design & Implementation

• Architect scalable and high-performance BPM solutions using BPMN and Bizagi.
• Oversee end-to-end process design, modeling, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high-performing BPM team, mentoring architects and developers.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive coding standards and development best practices across BPM teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BPM solutions.
• Serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams.

Technology & Integration

• Oversee the development and deployment of advanced connectors and widgets for seamless system integration.
• Ensure robust database design and management using SQL Server, focusing on data integrity and performance.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging BPM technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Deployment & Operations

• Manage Bizagi deployment strategies, ensuring efficient scaling and performance.
• Establish monitoring and support frameworks for BPM applications in production.

Agile Delivery

• Champion Agile methodologies across BPM projects.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of BPM architecture, processes, and deployment strategies.
• Establish and manage a reusable component library to maximize efficiency and consistency.

Performance & Optimization

• Define KPIs and metrics to measure BPM effectiveness and ROI.
• Continuously analyze and optimize business processes for improved outcomes.

BizagiTechnical Expertise

• Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows using Bizagi Studio, ensuring modularity and scalability.
• Oversee Bizagi Modeler usage for process documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage Bizagi Automation Server configurations for optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement Bizagi integration strategies using REST/SOAP services, connectors, and custom scripts.
• Guide the development of Bizagi Widgets to enhance UI/UX and meet specific business needs.
• Optimize Bizagi deployment pipelines across environments (Dev, Test, Prod), ensuring CI/CD alignment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Bizagi applications using Bizagi Management Console, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Bizagi licensing, version upgrades, and platform scalability.
