Manager – Insurance & Vehicle Compliance

Location :  Guwahati, Assam

Experience Required :  15–25 years (Retired PSU / Insurance / Banking professionals preferred)

We are looking for a highly experienced and disciplined professional to join our logistics organization as  Manager – Insurance & Vehicle Compliance . This is a  high-impact, independent role  responsible for managing end-to-end  insurance claims ,  accident documentation , and complete  fleet compliance  (RC, permits, fitness, HAZ, PUC, loan docs, NOCs etc.) for our LPG transportation fleet operating across Northeast India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead  end-to-end insurance claim management : intimation, surveyor coordination, documentation & recovery.
• Ensure  timely renewal  of insurance policies and zero lapse in HAZ license, permits, fitness & PUC.
• Maintain and supervise a  master documentation register  for the entire fleet.
• Liaise with  RTOs, insurers, banks / NBFCs , surveyors and transport authorities regularly.
• Identify gaps causing claim rejections / delays and implement corrective action.
• Publish monthly dashboards on  claims, upcoming renewals, and risk exposure .
