Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head, located in Kottayam. The Project Head will oversee and manage all aspects of project execution from planning to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with various teams, ensuring project timelines are met, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Resource Allocation, and Budgeting skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Understanding of renewable energy sector, especially solar energy, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project management roles in relevant industries
