Contractor, Client Servicing Operations
You will be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient project management.
- Support Account Managers in managing ongoing projects.
- Handle client queries in Japanese, translating and updating internal teams in English for seamless communication.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored service options.
- Prepare service quotations and manage timely invoice submissions according to contracts.
- Accurately understand and convey customer expectations to the team, mitigating risks and miscommunications.
- Identify and implement improvements in services, processes, and systems.
Qualifications :
N1 / N2 level Japanese certification, reflecting advanced language proficiency.1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or client services; experience in Life Sciences is a plus.Advanced skills in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel.Strong communication and organizational abilities, ensuring clear and efficient client interactions.Proven adaptability to changing business needs, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic environments.
