Skills & Experience

We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JSX

Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs endpoints using Node.js and Express.js

Architect database schemas and manage data persistence using MongoDB and Mongoose, focusing on performance and data integrity.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application, database, and API layers.

Deep understanding of React (v16.8+), including React Hooks and Higher-Order Components

Experience building clean, reusable, and dynamic components

A strong eye for UI / UX, including :

Pixel-perfect design

SVG animations

Familiarity with modern CSS trends

Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance optimization tools

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Comfortable integrating and working with RESTful APIs

Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, NPM)

Good understanding of web security best practices

Excellent communication skills you clearly express ideas, feedback, and technical designs

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy responsive web applications using the MERN stack

Maintain, refactor, and improve our existing suite of apps

Stay informed and implement the latest security protocols and best practices
