We are seeking a presentable and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales, build client relationships, and achieve revenue goals. This field-based role involves generating leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. A key responsibility will be meeting with contractors, architects, and end-users.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, product demonstrations, and site visits.
- Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure.
- Product Presentation : Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Target Achievement : Negotiate pricing and close sales to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate sales records and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Regularly meet with contractors, architects, and end-users to understand their needs and promote products.
Skills Required :
Proven sales experience , preferably with architectural or interior design products. Freshers with strong potential will also be considered.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, or any two or more languages.Ability to consistently meet sales targets and work effectively independently.A quick learner capable of mastering basic CRM tools and Excel .A proactive and results-oriented approach.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree or Diploma is preferred.Skills Required
