Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Chargeback Analyst to manage and resolve chargeback disputes. This role involves investigating claims, submitting representments, and ensuring timely resolution of chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and manage chargeback disputes.
- Review transaction data and prepare chargeback representments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation.
- Monitor chargeback trends and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with chargeback rules and regulations.
