Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager – Mutual Funds to lead and streamline our mutual fund operations for NRI clients. This role ensures smooth transaction processing, compliance, and customer experience while working closely with product, compliance, and partner AMCs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end mutual fund operations – account opening, purchase, redemption, and SIP processing for NRI customers.
- Liaise with AMCs, RTAs, banks, and custodians to ensure timely settlement and issue resolution.
- Ensure SEBI, FEMA, and AMFI compliance in all processes.
- Manage KYC, FATCA, CRS documentation and periodic updates.
- Monitor transaction reconciliations and generate operational MIS reports.
- Implement process automation and operational efficiency improvements.
- Address client escalations with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with tech teams for system enhancements .
