👥 About the Role

We’re looking for a multi-skilled HR + Finance Generalist who can build strong foundations for our people and money functions. This is a high-ownership role for someone excited to set up lean processes, ensure financial hygiene, support early hiring, and shape the internal culture from day one.

You’ll work directly with the founder and have a seat at the table as we grow.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

HR

• Lead recruitment for early team hires across product, ops, and marketing
• Design onboarding, contracts, and basic HR policies
• Support payroll, leave, compliance, and employee documentation
• Own people ops : from engagement to exit processes
