Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The role involves designing engaging creatives , strengthening brand identity, and creating impactful catalogues and marketing collaterals . The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and experience in digital and print design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for social media platforms (static posts, reels, ads, stories, banners, etc.).
Work on branding projects , ensuring brand guidelines are consistently followed and evolved.
Create catalogues, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for both print and digital use.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visuals.
Research and apply the latest design trends to keep brand communication fresh and innovative.
Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and Figma (added advantage) .

Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding projects, and catalogue design .

Understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding principles .

Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into visually appealing designs .

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

Experience in motion graphics / video editing for social media.

Knowledge of UI / UX basics for digital branding.

Prior experience in advertising agencies or digital marketing companies .
