UI Engineer

The Wedding Company has raised a seed round from prominent investors like Arash Ferdowsi, Dropbox cofounder and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, Wakefit cofounder.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer. You will be responsible for architecting and developing end to end delivery of one or more products while collaborating effectively with across teams. You will be joining a talented, collaborative team who is very passionate about solving this massive problem. Based on your experience you may be leading a small team of Engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences using React JS.
• (Bonus) Build and ship React Native apps for Android and iOS.
• Translate product and UI / UX requirements into high-performance, scalable interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code with best practices in mind.
• Optimize components for maximum speed and performance across devices.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Debug and resolve issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.
• Participate in code reviews, CI / CD improvements, and internal UI design discussions.
