Location : Kochi (Work from Home or Office)

Experience : 1–3 years (telecalling, inside sales, or HR agency BD preferred)

Salary : ₹12,000–₹15,000 / month + Incentives

Velodata Global is a recruitment consultancy supporting IT and Non-IT organizations across India with permanent and contract staffing solutions. We are now expanding client partnerships in Bangalore.

Role Overview :

You will contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders of companies in Bangalore to introduce our hiring services, share our profile, and schedule meetings with our founder.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and identify companies hiring in Bangalore (LinkedIn, Naukri, Google)
• Make 35–40 calls per day to HRs and Founders
• Send introduction emails / WhatsApp messages
• Maintain a lead tracker in Google Sheets
• Schedule calls / meetings between HR and Velodata’s Founder
• Share daily call reports
