Experienced Estimator and Processor (Commercial Glazing / Aluminium Systems)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Experienced Estimator and Processor specialising in Commercial Glazing and Aluminium Systems . The Estimator / Processor will be responsible for preparing accurate material take-offs, production schedules, and cost estimates using specialist aluminium system house software (e.g. LogiKal, SchüCal, ReynaPro). The role requires close collaboration with project managers, architects, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure accurate tendering, procurement, and fabrication outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator and / or Processor in the commercial glazing industry
• Strong knowledge of aluminium glazing systems and façade products (curtain walling, windows, doors)
• Proficiency in specialist software such as LogiKal, SchüCal, ReynaPro, or similar
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings
• Experience in material take-offs, production planning, and fabrication requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
• Qualification in Construction, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not essential with strong experience)
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and façade industry standards (desirable)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required.
