Clinical Coordinator (Freelance)

Job Type : Independent Contractor / Freelance Location : 100% Remote (Must be based in Kerala / India) Availability : Intermittent, On-Call (Primarily Evening Shift Support) Compensation : Competitive Monthly Retainer + Performance Commission

Purpose-Driven : You will be helping patients get fast, safe access to medical advice.

What You Will Be Responsible For

This is the entire scope of the project. We are looking for someone to own this process :

Consultation Management : Manage the flow of all doctor consultations.Critical (Needs fast response)

Order ProcessingManually create service orders in our system for patients who pay via GPay or Bank Transfer.Daily task

Patient Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via WhatsApp / Phone.High Priority (Must respond in under 15 min)

Prescription Workflow : Receive prescription details from doctors, create the professional PDF, coordinate digital signature (if required), and send the final PDF to the patient.High Priority

Accountability Calls : Run 15-minute scheduled 'Welcome' and 'Graduation' calls for course students (as per Dofody scripts).Scheduled task

Requirements & Must-Haves

Medical Credibility : Active Nursing (GNM / B.Sc) or Paramedical Certification.

Fluency : Fluent in Malayalam (essential) and professional English.

Tech Stack : Must be proficient in Google Meet (host controls), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic PDF creation / editing.

Integrity : Must understand and adhere to strict patient confidentiality rules.
