Job Title : Microsoft Office 365 Specialist / Support Engineer

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Azure Cloud, Office 365 services, PowerShell, and SQL . This role requires a professional who can provide exceptional technical support , troubleshoot and debug issues , and ensure smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and enterprise software. The ideal candidate will have experience working in cloud environments, handling troubleshooting requests, and contributing to the resolution of complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure Cloud and Office 365 services, addressing user queries and system issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Use PowerShell to automate and manage tasks across cloud environments and Office 365 services.
Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure, Office 365, and associated technologies.
Assist with SQL database management, queries, and troubleshooting of database-related issues.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to system performance and configurations.
Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of systems.
Document solutions, workarounds, and technical processes for both internal and customer use.
Provide feedback on system improvements, new tools, and potential service upgrades.

Key Qualifications :

Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite and its services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services , including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in SQL , with experience managing and troubleshooting SQL queries, database operations, and optimization.

understanding and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript .

Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues in cloud environments and enterprise-level systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
