Job Title : Copilot Power Apps Consultant

Location : Hyderabad, chennai, Bangalore, Pune

About the Role :

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and client-facing Copilot Power Apps Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone whos not only technically proficient but also confident leading stakeholder conversations, workshops, and design sprints that drive enterprise-level digital transformation.

As a key member of our delivery and innovation team, you will build AI-infused, no-code / low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform with a special focus on Copilot and Generative AI. You'll be responsible for turning complex business challenges into smart, scalable, human-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design & Develop : Build custom Power Apps solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations enriched with Copilot and AI-driven features.
  • Client Engagement : Lead discovery workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder presentations to co-create solutions and drive alignment.
  • Prototype & Demo : Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to demonstrate business value and technical feasibility.
  • Solutioning : Translate business needs into scalable, intuitive low-code applications with seamless user experiences.
  • Thought Leadership : Stay updated with Microsofts AI ecosystem (Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft 365 integrations) and industry trends like Gemini and Generative AI.
  • Adoption Enablement : Guide clients on AI / Power Platform adoption strategies, governance models, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

  • 3- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of AI Copilot, Generative AI integration, and Microsoft 365 / Azure AI services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills confident in C-level conversations.
  • Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
  • Self-starter who proactively takes ownership, manages priorities, and pushes projects forward independently.
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced consulting or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong communication able to articulate technical ideas to non-technical audiences effectively.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Background in software development, scripting, or data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and cross-platform integration methods.
  • Exposure to Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI Services, or enterprise AI implementation.
  • Consulting experience across industries (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
  • Experience working in a client-facing consulting or pre-sales solutioning role.
