We're now looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead critical client projects across domains like Data, AI, and CRM.

Role Summary :

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritising tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables

Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects

Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams

Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery

Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability

Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices

Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives

What You'll Bring :

2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams

Experience in Data Analytics, AI / ML, and CRM platforms (like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions

Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or product management is a plus

Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
