Key Responsibilities :
- Explore New Markets : Identify opportunities and grow business in the quartz segment.
- Client Management : Build relationships with architects, builders, fabricators, and distributors.
- Sales : Generate leads, present quartz products, negotiate, and close deals.
- Vendor Coordination : Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and availability.
- Market Research : Track trends, pricing, and competitors to guide strategy.
- Brand Promotion : Support marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Revenue Growth : Meet sales targets and grow the quartz division profitably.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in quartz, stone, or building materials)Experience in international sales and exportsUnderstanding of export laws and documentationStrong skills in negotiation, contract management, and relationship buildingAbility to analyze global markets and competitorsGood communication and cultural awarenessKnowledge of international logistics and supply chainGood to Have :
