We’re looking for a passionate Training & Development Executive to join our HR team and lead initiatives that shape our talent and culture.

Your Role :

• Manage and enhance our 90-day new joiner training program
• Plan & execute campus recruitment drives and internship initiatives
• Conduct onboarding, functional, and leadership training sessions
• Coordinate with internal teams & external partners for learning interventions
• Measure training effectiveness & maintain MIS reports

You Bring :

3–8 years of experience in Training / L&D / HR

Strong communication, coordination & facilitation skills

Energy, creativity & a passion for developing people
